Container Mover was born out of real-world experience. As the team behind GoBigStorage, we’ve operated self-storage facilities across the Midlands for several years, currently managing three active sites.
That hands-on experience gave us a clear understanding of the operational challenges involved in container delivery and placement.
While many container deliveries are routine, it’s the more complex environments- such as sites with overhead power lines, overhanging trees, low bridges, tight city centre access, or even scenarios where containers need to be positioned inside buildings- where we truly excel.
These are the jobs that require a different approach, and that’s exactly what our low-profile, highly manoeuvrable Container Mover is built for: safe, controlled repositioning without lifting.
Our Container Mover allows us to easily reposition standard ISO units and modular buildings across a wide range of terrains, from gravel and soft ground to indoor floors and uneven sites.
Now operating as a dedicated arm of GoBig Site Services, we’ve completed over 100 successful moves and developed a trusted, experienced team.
We regularly support container hauliers by meeting on-site and providing precise final positioning in spaces that require more considered handling.
We’ve now been adopted in some instances as the primary delivery method, especially where clients have health and safety objectives to reduce or eliminate lifting on site.
In addition to delivery and relocation support, we also work with self-storage operators to assist with site setups, container repositioning, and layout optimisation, helping them make the most of their available space and increase revenue potential.
We proudly support a range of sectors and industries, including:
We operate across Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Cheshire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, and throughout the UK.
